1. Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹500 within Agartala city. For orders below ₹500 or deliveries to locations outside Agartala, a nominal delivery fee ranging from ₹30 to ₹100 applies, depending on the distance. These charges are clearly communicated during the order confirmation process, ensuring transparency. Bulk orders or specialized delivery requests may incur additional fees based on packaging and handling requirements.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframe for local orders within Agartala is 1–3 business days. For nearby regional or outstation deliveries, the timeframe may extend to 3–7 business days, depending on the availability of courier services. We also offer a same-day delivery option for select areas within Agartala for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to an additional fee of ₹50–₹100, depending on the urgency and location. Delivery timeframes for bulk or custom orders will be shared upon order confirmation.
3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same day to ensure prompt delivery. Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day. In the case of bulk orders, special packaging, or customized products, additional processing time of 1–2 business days may be required. We strive to keep customers informed about the status of their orders throughout the process.
4. Packaging and Safety
We take extra care to securely pack all products to prevent damage during transit. Eco-friendly and recyclable materials are used wherever possible. For bulk orders or fragile items, additional protective measures are taken to ensure safe handling. Customers can rest assured that their products will arrive in excellent condition, no matter the size or quantity.
5. Order Tracking
We provide regular updates on the status of your order via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. For outstation deliveries, a tracking link will be shared so customers can monitor their shipment in real-time. For any issues or delays, our customer support team is always available to assist and provide timely updates.
6. Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or contact issues, we will attempt to re-deliver the package. However, a re-delivery fee may apply in such cases. To avoid delays, customers are encouraged to double-check their delivery address and be available during the estimated delivery time. Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 7 days may be canceled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any incurred charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We prioritize customer satisfaction and take every precaution to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. However, if a package arrives damaged or items are missing, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate a quick resolution, we request proof in the form of photos or videos of the package and its contents. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
8. Pickup Option
For added convenience, customers have the option to collect their orders directly from our store. This service is ideal for those who prefer to pick up their items personally or for urgent requirements. Our store is located at Kanchanpalli, near O.N.G.C, Bhadharghat, Agartala, West Tripura, Pin-799014, and is open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
9. Returns and Exchanges via Delivery
If a product needs to be returned or exchanged, customers may do so by arranging to ship the product back to our store. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect product.
