Eligibility for Returns

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the purchase receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Customized or special-order items.
2. Opened packs of paper or damaged packaging unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Conditions for Returns

1. Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
2. For damage claims, provide proof (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
2. Refunds will be made via the original payment method: NEFT or RTGS for bank transfer.

Exchange Option

1. Exchanges are allowed for similar items, subject to availability.
