At Infinity Paper House, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
You received a defective or damaged product at the time of purchase.
You received the wrong product (different from what was billed).
Your order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability after payment.
A cancellation was approved before the order was dispatched or collected.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Products returned in used, opened, or damaged condition (not caused by Infinity Paper House).
Goods purchased under clearance sale, discount offers, or special promotions.
Customized, cut-size, or specially ordered products.
Delays caused by customer’s incorrect details or failure to collect items.
Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
The original purchase invoice must be provided for verification.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refund requests can be made in person at our shop or via our official contact channels.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refund timelines:
Cash/UPI refunds – within 2–3 working days.
Bank transfers – within 5–7 working days.
Credit adjustments (for approved credit customers) – reflected in the next billing cycle.
Exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances:
The product was found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
The wrong product, size, or quantity was supplied.
The customer wishes to replace the product with another item of equal or higher value, subject to approval by Infinity Paper House.
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.
Products must pass an inspection by Infinity Paper House staff before approval.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Products purchased during clearance sales, discount offers, or special promotions.
Custom-cut paper, bulk orders, or specially requested items.
Items damaged or altered due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
Perishable, consumable, or single-use products (such as disposable paper plates once opened).
Customers must contact Infinity Paper House in-store or through our official communication channels to initiate an exchange request.
After verification, the customer may choose another product of equal value.
If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will not be refunded in cash but may be issued as a store credit (valid for future purchases).
In cases where an exact replacement is not available, customers may opt to receive store credit.
Store credit can only be used for purchases at Infinity Paper House.
Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.
Customers must check the condition and quantity of goods at the time of purchase or delivery.
Any exchange requests must be reported promptly within the allowed period.
Customers must ensure that the returned item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit (if applicable).
Infinity Paper House management reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on product condition, stock availability, and policy compliance. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
